Over four days and three nights, you will be guided through a deeply nourishing and intuitive experience rooted in nature, connection, and inner healing.

DAY 1 — ARRIVAL + ARRIVING INTO STILLNESS

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin
connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.

DAY 2 — SLOWING DOWN + SOFTENING

This is a soft, flexible flow—not a rigid schedule.
You are always invited to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you.

MEET RAYA, JANIE & MELODY


JANIE PELLETIER

As a Certified Yoga Teacher & Nutrition Coach, my mission is to guide people in understanding how their physical and emotional digestions are interconnected. The gut-brain connection is a well-known concept but understanding how it relates to our daily life may become a complex quest of ups and downs. The path towards healing may require introspection, and guidance through this journey may be highly beneficial.

​Mindfulness practice, breathing techniques, yoga, and time in nature are modalities I use to better understand your unique needs and tailor an action plan suited for you.

I have no interest in offering you a quick fix or recommending a diet that would make you believe that I know better than you what your body and soul truly need.

What I strive for is to share important information and strategies with you on how to find what works best for you. I will share valuable, science-based information and my personal experience. In order to be an active contributor to your healing protocol, you are invited to question and trust your intuition in order for you to open your mind and empower yourself to make lasting, sustainable changes... that is the transformation.

MELODY SAUL

QiGong

Melody has been studying and practicing Qigong for the last year and a half, and is in the process of acquiring her certification for Qigong Teacher.

QiGong is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a practice of aligning breath with slow, fluid movement and body awareness. It is sometimes described as a "moving meditation". Qigong's movements and flows mimic nature to bring a balance of Qi (life force energy) to the body for health and vitality.

Raya’s path into this work has been shaped by lived experience, decades of professional practice, and a deep respect for the intelligence of the human spirit.

For nearly thirty years, she has worked alongside individuals facing trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and profound life transitions. Through this work, having witnessed both the fragility and extraordinary resilience that live within us, and the essential need for spaces that honour the whole person: mind, body, and soul.

Alongside her professional journey, her own healing unfolded in relationship with nature, intuition, and the quiet wisdom that emerges when we slow down enough to listen. Over time, it became clear that healing does not thrive in urgency or pressure — it unfolds through presence, safety, and connection.

This understanding led Raya to step beyond traditional clinical environments and create spaces where healing is allowed to move at its own pace, guided by the rhythms of nature and the inner knowing of each individual.

  • Book a discovery call to sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. Non refundable deposit and registration is required

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.

  • Before each retreat we will do a group zoom call to meet everyone and to go over the retreat and any last min questions
